In a hastily arranged news conference, Granny White Coed Softball League Commissioner Sam Metz interrupted his annual spring vacation in Southern California yesterday to release the highly anticipated 2008 Apples schedule.
The Apples will open the season next Weds. April 2nd at 6:00 p.m. This will mark the 3rd consecutive season that the Apples will play in the leagues first game of the season which will again this year be shown on the Coed Softball Channel.
When asked what his plans are for the remainder of his spring fling, Metz gleefully proclaimed, " I'm going to Disneyland"
